Translating a message in the Chat Panel is simple and efficient. With the built-in translation feature, users can instantly convert messages into their preferred language, ensuring clear communication with customers from diverse linguistic backgrounds. This functionality helps overcome language barriers and enhances global customer support.
How To Translate A Message
To Translate,
Hover over a message that needs translation, click on the translate icon.
A translate modal appears with the selected message on the left and the translation that is to be made on right.
To translate, click on the "Language" drop-down and select the intended language.
If you click on "Portugese", it will convert the message to Portugese.
Click on "OK". The translated message along with the original message can be seen in the Chat panel.
