Responding To Messages
Responding to messages is streamlined with the options to reply directly or forward the message to others. When replying, users can engage in ongoing conversations, providing feedback or addressing inquiries directly within the communication thread. The forward function allows users to share the message with additional recipients, whether for informational purposes or to delegate tasks. Both options ensure that communication flows efficiently, enabling quick responses and collaboration across teams.
Reply To A Message
The Chat Panel allows users to reply to messages directly within the conversation thread, ensuring prompt and relevant responses. This feature helps maintain the flow of communication and addresses customer inquiries efficiently. By replying in real-time, users can enhance customer satisfaction and support.
To reply to a message,
Hover over a message, click on the reply arrow that appears.
The intented message is now attached in the text compose box below.
Enter your reply and click on the "Send" button or press "Enter".
The tagged message along with the reply is now sent to the user.
Forward A Message
Forwarding a message allows users to share important information with other team members or departments seamlessly. This feature ensures that relevant messages can be quickly and easily passed along to the appropriate parties for further action. It helps in maintaining clear and efficient communication within the organization.
To Forward a message,
Hover over a message, click on the forward arrow that appears.
A modal appears in the middle of the page. Click on the drop-down to select to whom to forward the message.
The selected message can be seen below the drop-down.
Click on the "Forward Message" button. The message is now forwarded to the recepient.
