How To Get Help From MEVA Assist

To access MEVA Assist from the MEVA Panel,

  1. Click on the magic button to open the MEVA/Seek Help Panel on the right.

  2. By default, the MEVA tab is open.

  3. Type your queries provided in the textbox below.

  4. MEVA responds to the questions by getting data from it's knowledge base.

This way, MEVA Assit acts as the virtual assistant that helps employees to respond to customer queries with ease and accuracy.
