The Chat Panel is an essential component of the communication interface, displaying detailed conversations between users and customers. This panel provides a comprehensive view of the entire interaction history, ensuring that users can follow the flow of the conversation easily and maintain context. It includes timestamps for each message, allowing users to track the sequence of events accurately.

The Chat Panel is equipped with a compose box, enabling users to type and send messages directly to the customer. This feature supports real-time communication, allowing for immediate responses and continuous dialogue. The intuitive design of the Chat Panel ensures that users can navigate through the conversation smoothly, access previous messages, and respond promptly, thereby enhancing the overall customer service experience.

Within this panel, users can reply to messages directly, ensuring timely and relevant responses. Additionally, the option to forward messages allows for easy sharing of information with other team members or departments. A conversation can be assigned to someone through the chat panel itself or a collaborator can be added into the conversation. You can also change the status of the conversation from the chat panel. All these actions can be seen on the top-right of the screen.

A built-in translation feature enables users to understand and respond to messages in different languages, breaking down language barriers and facilitating global communication. The Chat Panel also clearly indicates the channel through which each message was received, whether it's email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Apple Messenger, providing crucial context and allowing for better message management. These features combine to make the Chat Panel a versatile and indispensable tool for effective customer interaction.
