Transferring the queue of a conversation is a crucial feature that allows for the seamless reallocation of tasks to different teams or departments within the communication interface. How To Transfer A Queue

To Transfer a queue,

  1. Select Summary tab of the conversation.

  2. In the Preferences And Status section, you can view a Queues drop-down.

  3. Select the desired queue from the drop-down menu. A confirmation pop-up appears.

  4. Click on Change Queue button to transfer the conversation to selected queue.

You have successfully transferred queue of the conversation thread.
