Adding Notes And Attachments
Employees can add notes related to specific activities or general observations, which are recorded within the system for future reference. These notes can be viewed in the employee's Details page or in a separate Notes tab, providing a centralized place to document and share important information. This feature supports better communication and collaboration by ensuring that all relevant details are captured and easily accessible. By combining activity tracking, organizational context, and note-taking capabilities, Ephanti offers a comprehensive view of each employee’s contributions, facilitating more informed decision-making and performance management.
How To Add Notes And Attachments
To add a note,
Hover over the "Customers icon in the sidebar and select Employees".
Click on the "ID" for which you want to add notes and attach file.
You will be directed to the employee Details page. On the right side, is the Notes section.
Click on "Add Notes" button. A window appears.
Enter the "Title" and "Description" of the note and click "OK".
The note is created successfully and can be viewed in its section.
To attach a file to the note,
Click on the "Attach" icon in the window, below the description box.
Select the file that you want to attach to the note.
Document: The supported file types are .docx, .pdf and .csv format.
Image: The supported file types are .jpg and .png format. Maximum file size limit 50 MB.
Audio: The supported file type is .mp3 format. Maximum file size limit 50 MB.
After the file is attached to the note, click "OK".
The note is created successfully with an attachment linked to it.
