Employee Onboarding Process

The employee onboarding process is designed to be secure and seamless, ensuring that new team members can quickly and safely access the system. Once an employee's account is created, they receive an automated email to their registered email address, prompting them to confirm their account. After confirmation, the employee is guided through a password reset process to establish a secure login credential. This step enhances security by ensuring that the employee’s password is known only to them. Once the password is set, the employee can log in to the Ephanti application, fully onboarded and ready to access the system. Each of these steps is accompanied by automated email notifications, making the process straightforward and ensuring that the employee has clear instructions throughout their onboarding journey.

Steps To Onboard

When the admin creates user for an employee, the employee receives a confirmation mail to his/her registered mail id.

  • Confirm Your Account - Click on the confirm button. You will be directed to a reset password page. This page opens in a new tab of the browser.

  • Reset Password - Enter your new password and click on "Confirm".

  • Redirect to Login - Once you confirm the password, you are redirected to login page, and you enter the login credentials in the modal. Click on "Login" button.

You have successfully been onboarded as a user of the Ephanti application.
