Tracking Employee Activities

Tracking employee activities is crucial for maintaining transparency and ensuring that all interactions and tasks are properly documented. Activities such as emails, tasks, are recorded in the system for future reference.

This activity tracking allows managers and team members to have a clear view of what each employee is working on, how they are interacting with clients or leads, and how they are contributing to the organization’s goals. The logged activities are accessible in both the employee's Details page and a dedicated Activities tab, making it easy to monitor and review actions taken by each team member.

In addition to tracking activities, the details page allows users to see which organization or department an employee belongs to, providing context for their tasks and interactions. This organizational alignment helps managers and peers understand the employee's role within the broader team and how their activities relate to specific business units or projects. The ability to view activities by organization or department adds another layer of insight, enabling more targeted management and performance analysis.

How To Track Activity Of Employees

To view the activity of employee from the Details page or the "Activities" Tab,

  1. Hover over the "Customers icon in the sidebar and select Employees".

  2. Click on the "ID" of the employee required.

  3. View the summary of recent activity of the employee on top under "Activities" .

  4. You can also select "Activity" tab to view only the activities of the employee.

  5. To view all the activities, click on "Show More" link.

  6. To view less activities, click on Show Less link.
