How To Create Multi-channel Templates
Here's how you can create a multi-channel template,
Go to Plan -> Templates. Click on the "+New" button, in the Templates section.
The default channel displayed is WhatsApp.
Enter your message in the message body as you preview the message with the WYSIWYG composer.
In the Select Channels column on the left, select Email or SMS as your channels
Add relevant information in the respective channels(Email or SMS) following all the limitations of the characters as discussed above.
Use template literals for a personalized touch.
Keep in mind that you have to click on "Save" button after entering message in each channel(WhatsApp, Email or SMS)
Finally click on the "Back" button, you can now view your multi-channel template in the Templates list view where you can edit it at any time.
The "multi-channel template" is now ready to be used.
You can also modify/delete the template after it is created. Ephanti makes modifying and deleting templates very easy to manage.
