WhatsApp Template

Broadcasting your message to your WhatsApp groups is straightforward and efficient. It's the quickest way to reach a large audience, and once they become aware of your campaign, they may be more inclined to book rooms in your hotel or resort.

How To Create WhatsApp Templates

1. Go to Plan -> Templates.

2. Click on the "+New" button.

3. Enter a relevant Title to the template(follow the title naming rules mentioned below the textbox).

4. The default channel that is shown is WhatsApp, so you don't have to select it.

5. In every template that you may choose, there is a special WYSIWYG composer. You view your message as you type it.

6. The composer has text limitations up to 700 characters.

7. To create a more personalized message, add template literals to your message. The template literals you add will be replaced with the values you add to the message before it is sent to the channels.

8. You can add an image by clicking "Upload your template attachment" or simply drag and drop the image into the composer.

Once you've finished composing your message, click on "Save." The WhatsApp template is now prepared for use.
