Guests
Guests are the focal point and driving force behind every service and experience. Whether on business trips, leisure vacations, or special occasions, guests seek not only a comfortable place to stay but also a memorable and personalized experience. The success of the hospitality industry hinges on its ability to cater to the diverse demands of guests, offering not just lodging but a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and a range of amenities.
To add a guest, follow these simple steps:
Click on "Customers -> Guests".
Click on the "+New" button. A modal appears in the middle of the screen.
Enter the required fields. The fields marked with "*" are mandatory.
Click on "OK".
A "guest" has been added successfully in the system.
If you wish to search a particular guest, you can always use the "Search" box on the right side.
But, if you want to search guests with certain filters then we have advanced filter search option in our application.
To do advance search,
Click on the Search icon on the left side.
Give a "Title" to your filter criteria.
You can set this title to be your default view by enabling the toggle button.
Add the required filter using the segment options and then click on "Search" button.
You can now view the filtered guests list on the page.
Click on "Save" if you are satisfied with the results.
You will now view customized guests list on your page, which you can change anytime later.

You can also import files if you already have data stored somewhere in your system. To keep a track of a particular guest, click on the ID of that guest so that you view all it's activity.
