SMS Template

How To Create SMS Templates
To create a SMS template,
Go to Plan -> Templates.
Click on the "+New" button.
Enter a relevant Title to the template(follow the title naming rules mentioned below the textbox).
The default channel displayed is WhatsApp.
Select "SMS" from the dropdown menu.
If desired, you can remove the default channel (WhatsApp) from the list.
You can now start creating the message by entering the details in the composer.
The preview of which can be seen as you are typing in the message.
Maximum character limit for an SMS is 160. Keep this in mind while you make a message body.
You can also make use of template literals to embed some variables like First name, Last name...
Click on "Save" once you have finished editing the template.
You can also modify/delete the template after it is created. Ephanti makes modifying and deleting templates very easy to manage.
