End-chat
The End Chat feature interface allows users to gracefully conclude a conversation. This function ensures that the interaction is formally closed, signaling to both the system and the user that the current query or discussion has been resolved. Upon ending the chat, all conversation details, including the context and history, are saved for future reference in the summary, enabling a seamless experience if the conversation needs to be revisited.
The End Chat feature helps in maintaining organized communication logs and ensures that the conversation lifecycle is properly managed, contributing to more efficient and effective customer support operations.
