Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base serves as a comprehensive repository of documents, information, and resources that are instrumental in creating seamless conversational flows. This centralized hub houses a vast array of documents, including FAQs, product manuals, etc., curated to support various industries and use cases.

The primary function of the Knowledge Base is to provide MEVA with access to accurate and up-to-date information that can be leveraged during conversations with users. When users pose questions or seek assistance, MEVA taps into the Knowledge Base to retrieve relevant documents and resources, ensuring that responses are informative, accurate, and tailored to the user's needs. Moreover, the Knowledge Base serves as a valuable tool for flow creation within MEVA. By accessing the documents stored in the repository, developers and administrators can design conversational flows that guide users through specific processes, provide step-by-step instructions, or offer troubleshooting assistance. This enables MEVA to deliver proactive support, anticipate user needs, and facilitate seamless interactions.

The Knowledge Base is continuously updated and enriched with new documents and information to ensure its relevance and usefulness. Through regular maintenance and curation, businesses can harness the full potential of MEVA as a powerful conversational AI assistant, delivering exceptional experiences and value to users across various industries. The Knowledge Base accepts all document types such as .docx, .pdf, .txt and .csv. These documents can be grouped together for better usability and organization using tags.
