Dynamic Target Groups

Dynamic target groups play a pivotal role in personalizing guest experiences. The dynamic target groups are formed based on real-time data and guest behavior, allowing hotels and resorts to adapt their marketing and service efforts accordingly. For example, a dynamic target group may include guests who have recently booked a spa treatment, enabling the establishment to send tailored offers or recommendations related to spa services. Dynamic target groups enhance guest satisfaction by delivering relevant and timely information, ultimately contributing to a more enjoyable and memorable stay.

How To Create A Dynamic Target Group

Follow these steps to create your dynamically segmented group,

  1. Go to Plan -> Target Groups.

  2. Start by clicking on the "+New" button. Enter a relevant name to your target group.

  3. The dynamic group is the default type, and it's already enabled for you. Confirm by clicking "Ok." A screen will appear displaying all the contacts you have created so far.

  4. To segment these contacts according to your specific requirements, click on the filter icon.

  5. In the filter section, you can segment the contacts in different ways. Let us look into various ways of segmenting the contacts.

    a. In the filter section, select any one condition from the drop-down(Name, Gender, Country ...) . You can stop here, and click on the "Apply Filter" button, or you can add more filters to your segmentation.

    b. Click on the '+' icon to add extra filters and narrow your targets. Use AND or OR rules to segment contacts according to your requirement. Click on "Apply Filter" and your segmented filter will appear below.

Once you are satisfied with the results, Click on "Save".

The Dynamic Target Group is now ready to be used.
