Quick Campaign

Quick campaigns are a time-saving and versatile asset in the hospitality sector. Designed for prompt and focused marketing efforts, they enable hotels and resorts to swiftly reach out to their target audience with specific messages or promotions. Whether it's a last-minute deal, a flash sale, or an urgent update, quick campaigns allow hospitality businesses to respond promptly to changing market conditions and guest needs. By streamlining the campaign creation process and ensuring rapid deployment across multiple channels, these campaigns help hotels and resorts stay agile in a competitive industry, drive immediate bookings, and maintain a competitive edge in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

There are 3 types of quick-campaigns that you can select,

How To Create A Pre-arrival Campaign

  1. Go to "Marketing -> Campaigns".

  2. Click on Campaign-Quick Creation.

  3. A form appears, enter the following information,

    a. Campaign Name,

    b. Start Date & Time,

    c. End Date&Time,

    d. Select the Type as 'Pre-Arrival'(this is the default type).

    e. Enable/Disable the 'Is Manual' option.

    f. Set the "Send On" Date&Time.

    g. Check the response actions(default terms are already provided).

    h. Fill any other information like tags, organization,etc.,

    i. Click on OK.

  4. A campaigns detail page is now visible where you can add template and target group.

  5. Click on the "+" icon next to, "Please add target groups and template.

  6. You can add an existing target group or create a new one.

  7. Then add items, click on "+" next to it.

  8. Give a name to your offer. Then click on the drop-down

  9. Now, select your target upsell room,

  10. Add the segmentation for the room, for example, if you want to upsell from deluxe room to Executive room, then click on the segmentation as,

    a. IF Booked Rooms = Deluxe room

    b. Then Add Products, click on the "+" icon.

    c. Now, add the upsell room, (here it is Executive room), you can see that the rate differentials have automatically entered which you can edit it in Rate Differential

  11. Now add Template,

  12. You can add an existing Template or create a new one.

  13. Now, click on the "Save" icon.

Simulation/Release of the Campaign

  1. Always check if you have added all the details correctly.

  2. Preview your target group and template.

  3. Now, to simulate, click on the ellipsis button next to the "Release" button.

  4. Select the Simulate button, and click on Send.

  5. Wait for 10 seconds for the campaign to simulate.

  6. If the campaign is an automatic campaign, then the offers will go automatically to all the recipients (in this case deluxe room guests).

  7. However, if the campaign is a Manual campaign, then you have to send offers manually.

  8. To release the campaign, click on the "Release" button.

  9. You are again prompted to enter the Send date. Change it if you want and then click on OK.

  10. You will receive a success message that the campaign is released successfully.

NOTE: For Simulate campaign, the campaign will send immediately in 10 seconds irrespective of Send Date or End Date because you simulate to test the campaign.

Sending Manual Offer

To manually send offer,

In the offers tab in the bottom of the campaign details page, select the offer name,

  1. Now, you will be directed to the Offers page, where you can manually select the contacts to send the campaign.

  2. Click on Send, after selecting the confirmation message.

Once the customer accepts your offer, then you get their response in the Inbox from where you can respond to them accordingly.
