Tracking Activities
Tracking activities is essential for monitoring interactions and tasks related to an organization, employees, or contacts. The Details page offers a comprehensive view of all recent activities associated with the specific entity. This centralized overview provides users with an immediate understanding of ongoing actions and their outcomes, helping to maintain continuity in interactions and ensure that important tasks are followed up on. By keeping track of these activities directly on the Details page, users can quickly reference past actions and make informed decisions based on the history of interactions.
For more in-depth activity tracking, the Activities tab offers a dedicated space where all logged activities are organized and easily accessible. The Activities tab is particularly useful for managers who need to monitor employee performance or ensure that all customer interactions are handled promptly. Together, the Details page and Activities tab provide a powerful combination for tracking and managing activities, ensuring that all actions are properly documented and easily retrievable when needed.
How To View Activities Of Organization
To view the activity of organization from the details page or the Activities tab,
Hover over the "Settings icon in the sidebar and select Organizations". Click on the "ID" of the organization. You will be directed to organizations details page.
The Activity of the organization can be viewed in the details page. The activity sections shows a detailed log of all the actions associated with the organization.
Alternatively, this activity can be viewed in the "Activities" tab also. Click on the "Activities" tab to view the details.
Here in the activities tab, you can view all the logged activities organized and easily accessible.
