Linking Employees To An Organization
Linking employees to an organization is a critical step in ensuring that your team members are properly associated with the appropriate departments and roles. This linkage allows the organization to effectively manage its workforce by defining clear relationships between employees and their organizational units. Employees can be linked to an organization directly from the Details page, where all the organizational details can be viewed. This ensures that each employee is placed within the correct organizational context, enabling seamless collaboration and communication within the team.
In addition to the Details page, there is also a dedicated tab for managing employees within the organization. This tab provides a centralized view of all linked employees, allowing administrators to easily manage, review, and update their associations. Whether adding new employees, adjusting their roles, or reassigning them to different departments, this dedicated tab streamlines the process and ensures that the organization’s structure remains accurate and up-to-date. By effectively linking employees to the organization, businesses can maintain a well-organized and functional hierarchy that supports efficient operations and clear role definitions.
How To Link An Employee To Organization
To link an employee from the Details Page, hover over the "Settings icon in the sidebar and select Organizations".
Select the "ID" of the Organization which you want to link employee. It directs you to the Organizations Details Page.
You can view list of employees linked to the organization. If there are no employees linked, then the section will be empty.
Click on "Existing Employees" to link employee who is already added in the application. A window appears, select the employee from the list of employees provided. You can check multiple checkboxes to link more than one employee to the organization at once.
To search for a particular employee, you can enter the employee name. This refines your list and shows the employee name that matches with the name entered.
Click on "OK"
You have successfully linked employee(s) to organization.
To link an employee from the Employee tab,
In the organizations detail page, click on "Employee" tab. Here, you can view all the details of the employees linked to it.
Click on "Existing Employees" to link employee who is already added in the application. A window appears, select the employee from the list of employees provided. You can check multiple checkboxes to link more than one employee to the organization at once.

Click on "OK"
