Tracking Activity of Contacts
Tracking the activity of contacts is a vital aspect of contact management, providing insights into all interactions and engagements with each contact. On the Contact Details page, users can view a summary of recent activities, such as emails, notes and other interactions, directly associated with the contact. This real-time overview ensures that team members are always informed about the latest developments and can continue conversations with full context. For a more in-depth view, the
Activities tab offers a comprehensive log of all past actions related to the contact. Here, users can view all the activities enabling a detailed analysis of the contact's history and engagement patterns. This dual-location approach to activity tracking ensures that important information is both easily accessible and thoroughly documented, supporting informed decision-making and effective relationship management.
How To View Contact Activity
To view the activity of contact from the Details page or the "Activities" Tab,
Hover over the "Customers icon in the sidebar and select Contacts".
Click on the "ID" of the contact required.
View the summary of recent activity of the contact on top under "Activities" .
You can also select "Activity" tab to view only the activities of the contact.
To view all the activities, click on "Show More" link.
To view less activities, click on Show Less link.
