Broadcast Campaign

A broadcast campaign can be used when you want to send a message to all your contacts. This campaign is particularly useful when you want to send messages on social media channels like Facebook, email, WhatsApp, etc. You can create broadcast campaigns for the that you have already created.

How To Create Broadcast Campaign

To create a broadcast campaign, go to the campaigns page and click on the "+New" button.

  1. Select Broadcast campaign from the four options. A form appears.

  2. Fill in all the details, such as the campaign name, duration of the campaign, and who owns the campaign. You can also add your own description of the campaign. Click on 'Save & Next' to go to the next step.

  3. The form takes you to the next page where you have to add the target groups and the social media templates.

  4. Add the target groups by clicking on the '+' button. It will ask you if you want to add an existing group or a new group. Select whichever is required.

    a. Choosing "Existing Group" will show you a list of target groups that you had created before and simply choose one of them to select for your campaign.

    b. Choosing "New Group" will allow you to create a new segmentation with filter rules.

  5. After you have added the target groups, the link to add templates appears, where you can add the templates that you are going to broadcast. Just click on the + button near the templates section.

  6. Enter the template which you want to use for this campaign from the drop-down. Give a name to your template. Click on Add, then click on Save&Next to go to the next page.

  7. The next screen shows to whom you want to broadcast this campaign, enter the details, and click on Done.

  8. A window appears where you can view all the details you entered. You can make changes to your campaign if required by clicking on the edit icon in every section of the form.

  9. Finally, click on the Release button to release your campaign, a pop-up appears to get a confirmation for Releasing the campaign, Click "OK" to complete the action.

You have now successfully released your campaign.
