Monitoring And Managing Queue
Monitoring and managing queues involves keeping an eye on the conversations within each queue and making adjustments as needed. You can easily edit the queue settings, such as updating the name, changing the associated members, or modifying the routing rules. This allows you to ensure that conversations are being handled efficiently by the right team members.
However, once a queue is created, it cannot be deleted by the user. If you need to remove a queue, you'll need to reach out to Ephanti's support team for assistance. They can help you manage or remove queues that are no longer needed.
How To Edit A Queue
To edit a queue,
Check the checkbox next to the desired queue, select "Edit" from the toolbar icons that appear on top-right.
A window appears where you can make the necessary changes and then click on "OK". You have successfully edited the queue.
