How To Create Email Template Using Visual Email Composer

To create email template using the visual email composer,

1. Go to the Templates Section. Click on the +New button.

2. WhatsApp is the default channel. Add a "Title" to the template.

3. Select Email as the Channel type. A pop-up appears, where you can select "Visual Email Composer" or "Text Editor".

4. Choose the Visual Email Composer. An Email designer page appears.

5. The toolbox on the right hand side provides you with multiple options to create a compelling landing page. Just drag and drop the required element and watch your imagination come live on screen!

6. On the top-left, there are 3 views, Desktop View, Tablet View and Mobile View. Then on the right, there are Preview icon and Save icon amongst other icons.

7. To design the email template, drag-and-drop tools from the tool box to the designer area.

8. You cannot add simply tools like image, or a text tool directly on the screen. You should always add the column layout and only then you will be able to add tool inside the layout.

9. Add Template literals to personlize the template.

10. To stylize the text, select the text you want to edit and click on the Style Manager icon on the top-right corner of the email designer.

11. Make changes in the text according to your requirements.

12. Once you are done, click on the "Preview" icon to look at the tempalte you have just created.

13. Now, save the template. You are redirected to the templates page, here you can again click on the Preview button to view the template.

You have sucessfully created an email template using the visual email composer.

When the email template is attached to a campaign, you can add the response button to it by clicking on the Edit Template button.
