Subscriptions
In the Ephanti application, the Subscriptions tab offers a window into donor and supporter engagement, providing a comprehensive overview of subscription details. This tab can only be viewed, serving as a reference point for authorized personnel to access subscription information. Here, staff members can review the subscription history of each supporter, gaining insights into their contributions and preferences. From recurring donations to campaign-specific pledges, the Subscriptions tab offers transparency into supporter commitments without allowing alterations to the data. By limiting access to viewing, NGOs ensure data integrity while empowering staff to make informed decisions and foster stronger relationships with supporters.
How To Navigate To Subscriptions Page
Go to Customers -> Subscriptions.
You can view all the donors, one-time donors or recurring donors, listed in this page.
To view a particular donor/sponsor, click on the name of the contact, and view the detailed information of the contact here.
