Employees
Employees refer to the individual(s) working for an organization. Maintaining employees record is very helpful for the manager who is going to manage the whole application. Employees can be assigned specific roles and access to manage and interact with the customer data.
How To Create an Employee
To add an employee detail, follow these simple steps:
Click on "Customers -> Employees".
Click on the "+New" button. A modal appears in the middle of the screen.
Enter the required fields. The fields marked with "*" are mandatory.
Select the Employee Type from the drop-down. You can see a list of options like Preferred, Contractor, Internal Candidate etc.,
These options help you in grouping your employees.
You can always change the 'Type of Employee' list in Party Type section.
Click on OK.
You have successfully added an employee. You can also import files if you already have data stored somewhere in your system.
How To Manage an Employee
When you add an employee, there are times when you would like to make changes to it. Otherwise called as "data manipulation", you can edit or delete an employee detail. To do so, follow these steps,
To edit an employee, click on the ellipses icon next to the desired employee, select "Edit" from the list.
A form appears where you can make the necessary changes and then click on "OK".
Your changes will now be reflected in the Employee view page.
To delete a contact, click on the ellipses icon next to the desired employee, select "Delete" from the list.
A Prompt appears asking you to confirm if you want to delete the selected employee.
- Click on "Delete" button to remove the employee, or click on "Cancel" to abort your action.
This way you can easily manage employee data in the Ephanti application. To keep a track of a particular employee, click on the ID of that employee to view all the activity.
