Broadcast Campaign
Broadcast campaigns are a powerful tool for businesses to deliver messages to a broad audience simultaneously. Whether it's a product launch, an important announcement, or a time-sensitive offer, broadcast campaigns ensure that your message reaches a wide audience swiftly and efficiently. How To Create Broadcast Campaign
Follow a few simple steps to create a broadcast campaign,
In the Campaigns section, click on the +New button.
Select "Broadcast Campaign" from the options that appear in the pop-up.
You will be redirected to a 3-step wizard- Setup, Plan, Simulate.
In the Setup tab, enter the Campaign Name(mandatory). Always make sure to give a relevant and unique name to your campaign
a. Select the Start Date and Time of your campaign by clicking on the calendar from the textbox
b. Also select the End Date in the similar way.
c. You can fill the remaining fields if required
d. Then click on "Save&Next."
In the Plan tab, you can either add the target groups and templates that you've already created, or you can also create new ones here.
a. Click on the "+" icon, here you can either select Existing Group or Create New.
b. For the purpose of this demo, let us select the Existing Group.
c. A form appears with a list of target groups, select your desired target group and click on OK.
d. Once the target group is added, you can see a tab named "Items", click on "+"
e. Here, you can give a name to the templates you are about to add or create a new one.
f. Click on the "+" icon in the templates.
g. Here we add an existing template(you can also create a new one).
h. Select any one of the templates from the form that appears.
i. Click on the Save icon near the Target group, you can also preview your target group by clicking on the preview icon.
j. Click on Next.
In the Simulate tab, you can test if your campaign works as intended. Select the contacts that you want to add to simulate the campaign, then click on the "Simulate" button.
a. A table with Recipients and Campaign Logs appears. Click on the Refresh button to view the simulation of your campaign.
Click on Done.
On this page, you can see the full details of the campaign that you have created.
If you wish to make any changes before releasing, then you can use the edit icons in their respective tabs. You can also Simulate the campaign again, by clicking on the ellipsis button next to the Release button.
Click on "Release" to release the campaign, A pop-up appears where you are prompted to enter the Send date and Time of the campaign, select it and click on OK.
A success message will appear that your Campaign is successfully released.
Refresh the page to view Recipients and Campaign logs.
Click on "Back", you can view your campaign in the Campaigns list view where you can check the status of your campaign and how many people responded to your broadcast.
This way, you have successfully created a Broadcast using Templates and Target Groups.
