Products

A "Product" refers to a tangible item or intangible service that the organization produces, sells, or offers to its customers or clients. Products are a fundamental aspect of a business and are central to its value proposition. Whatever you sell or offer in your organization can be maintained and upgraded accordingly using Ephanti's CES application.

How To Add Product

If you want to add products of your organization, then,

Follow these steps to add products to your system using the Ephanti application.

  1. Go to "Master Data -> Products".

  2. Click on the "+New" button.

  3. A modal appears on the screen. Enter all the necessary information.

  4. The field(s) marked with an asterisk "*" is mandatory.

  5. Click on "OK".

You have successfully added a product. You can also import files if you already have data stored somewhere in your system.

How To Manage A Product

When you add a product in the application, you might want to make changes to the product. You can edit or delete the product easily. To do so, follow these steps,

  1. To edit a product, check the checkbox next to the desired product, select "Edit" from the toolbar icons that appear on top-right.

  2. A modal appears in the middle of the screen, where you can make the necessary changes and then click on "OK".

  3. Your changes will now be reflected in the Products view page.

  4. To delete a product, check the checkbox icon next to the desired product, select "Delete" button from the toolbar section.

  5. A Prompt appears asking you to confirm if you want to delete the selected product.

  6. Click on "Delete" button to delete the product, or click on "Cancel" to abort your action.

This way you can easily manage contact data in the Ephanti application.
